Utilities are included in the rent. Lease must be 12 months. $650 is due at the time of signing the lease: $325 of this is held as a security deposit that is refundable upon move-out & $325 is a non-refundable refurbishment fee to the owner to cover touch-up paint, light cleaning, and light carpet cleaning. Any damages (minus normal wear and tear) along with any work that exceeds what the refurbishment fee covers is deductible from the security deposit.
