Please note that water/power/gas/Internet/cable are not included. Washer, dryer, garbage, and lawn maintenance are included. Pets are subject to owner approval and require a $300 non-refundable pet fee. $1,800 is due at the time of signing the lease: $900 of this is held as a security deposit that is refundable upon move-out & $900 is a non-refundable refurbishment fee to the owner to cover touch-up paint, light cleaning, and light carpet cleaning.
