Lease Terms

$1,650.00 security deposit

Please note that power/water/Internet/cable are not included. Lawn maintenance is included. Washer and dryer not included. Small pets are subject to owner approval. If approved, there is a one-time, $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. At the time of lease signing, an amount equal to the rental rate is due. Half of this is a non-refundable fee to the owner.
